One thing that I do that seems to get marks is looking at peoples work and making honest , constructive statements. "That's nice" probably wont get you far. Saying what you do and don't like seems to finaly get results. It's also a great way to meet alot of the people who participate here as they get back to you about constructive critism. I'll let you know if I find anything else that helps to speed up the process.
